Extend/write script for auomatic install of VS-Code plugins.

Example for install via Commandline:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft VS Code\bin\code" --install-extension %USERPROFILE%\Downloads\TakumiI.markdowntable-0.10.4.vsix

Must be integrated in script: c:\tools\optional\install-vscode.cmd
