Time is sometimes on UTC (2 hours back).

added script "modify-timeservers.cmd": In the script we add all 3 PTB Time servers (Braunschweig) and all 4 Europe pool servers of ntp.org.

Reason:

  • W32Time service was NOT enabled.
  • W32Time service was NOT started.

WTF???
